Exhibition Graphic Designer :

Works collaboratively with 3D designer/curator in the development of graphic design
from concept thru on-floor installation including interactive experiences, scenic elements,
lockup, typography and color palette

• Proposes and develops exhibit visual concepts and designs in consultation with museum
  director, curators and other team members

• Assumes graphic design duties for fulfilling sign requests from all areas of the Museum,
  including visitor services, membership, education, curatorial,, facilities, and communications

• Responsible for various in-house design, production and installation of gallery environmental
  graphics (labels, text panels, reproductions)

• Assists the production staff with the prep and installation of gallery labels, text panels,
  maps, museum signage, and other related materials

• Maintains and organizes multiple projects to ensure production timelines with external
  vendors aligns with installation schedule and budget

• Contributes ideas and insights during Design meetings/reviews in order to implement
  innovations and cost-effective solutions         

• Utilizes design software programs on the Mac platform—Adobe CC and Microsoft Office         

• Provided sharp manual skills in order to produce graphics related materials, including
  matte cutting and applying vinyl lettering

• Prepares all design press files and collaborates with vendors to ensure material
  and fabrication specs - size, color, material- adhere to the construction, elevations,
  and floorpans established by the 3D designers
